Thanks to Amy Rose for telling me about Dave's appearance on Jon Favreau's Dinner for Five on IFC. It aired Friday, 9/10 at 10 pm, but lucky for those of us who missed it, it repeats Mondays at 8 pm and Tuesdays at 9 pm!
